Cookie Policy

How this website uses cookies and how you can control them.

Last updated 6 October 2026

This document is a template and must be reviewed by your legal advisor before publication.

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies the EncapsEdu website uses, why we use them and how you can manage them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website work correctly, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called first-party cookies; cookies set by other services are called third-party cookies.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the website to function, for example to keep your session secure and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. They cannot be switched off in our systems.

  • Session cookie: keeps your browsing session secure while you use the website.
  • XSRF-TOKEN: protects form submissions against malicious requests.

Attribution cookie

  • ee_attr: a first-party cookie that records how you first arrived at our website, such as the referring site, campaign parameters (UTM tags) and landing page. When you submit an enquiry, this information is stored with your enquiry in our CRM so we can understand which marketing activities are helpful. It does not track you on other websites.

Analytics cookies

If enabled by the site administrator, we may use analytics tools to understand aggregated website usage, such as which pages are visited most. These tools may set their own cookies, which are governed by the respective provider's policies.

3. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Other cookies, including the attribution cookie, remain on your device for a limited period or until you delete them.

4. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block all cookies, block third-party cookies or delete cookies when you close the browser. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent forms on this website from working correctly.

  • Check the help section of your browser for instructions on managing cookies.
  • Deleting the attribution cookie does not affect your ability to browse the website.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page, and this policy should be reviewed periodically.
